OSHAWA, ON – For the second consecutive year, Brookfield Homes (Ontario) Ltd. captured the title of Builder of the Year (large volume builder) at the 2010 Awards of Excellence ceremonies presented by the Durham Region Home Builders’ Association (DRHBA) on April 17th at Tosca Banquet Centre in Oshawa.
Jeffery Homes was honored with Builder of the Year (small to medium volume builder) and The Kaitlin Group took home the prestigious Community of the Year Award for its spectacular Port of Newcastle – Southport community.
