OTTAWA, ON – Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) has released their semi-annual report (Spring 2010) on Canada’s Rental Market. A great resource for a complete picture of the Canadian rental market, the free download offers valuable information for renters, property managers, appraisers, developers, lending institutions, real estate professionals and public administrators.
