Hamilton-Halton HBA Elects New President

HAMILTON — Anthony Chiarella has been elected President of the Hamilton-Halton Home Builders’ Association (HHHBA) with his mandate starting as of Jauary. 1, 2013. Anthony succeeds Carla Agostino who led the 225 plus member Association to one of its’ best years since the start of the economic downturn back in 2008.
Anthony has been an active member of the Association for eight years and is the Vice President of a well-known local construction company, Marz Homes. He and his wife are the proud parents of two young children. Anthony and his company are long-time supporters of the Canadian Cancer Society and he manages to find the time to balance work, volunteering, and community involvement.
As the 61st person to assume the role of HHHBA President and a proud second generation builder, Anthony is eager to put his industry knowledge and experience to work with city staff and elected officials in Hamilton and Burlington.
