Fast Roofing Facts

WASHINGTON — The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) has produced a new educational resource to help inform homeowners and the industry alike. The trade organization's latest Fast Facts offers a look at advances in technology which have continuously improved the beauty, durability and affordability of asphalt shingles. Through research and development over the past 125 years, asphalt shingle manufacturers have continued to improve products to meet customers' needs. This Fast Facts publication provides an understanding of different shingle components and how they have evolved over time. It can be found on ARMA's website at www.asphaltroofing.org.
