Greybrook leaps into Brooklin

Greybrook Realty Partners, in partnership with Fieldgate Homes, has put up $10.9 million to acquire and develop a prime 18-acre parcel of residential land in Brooklin, Ontario.
Fieldgate will develop the land into more than 170 single-detached homes, freehold townhomes and condominium townhomes, the company said.
Brooklin is part of the community of Whitby, about 65 kilometres east of Toronto.
