M-City looks to third phase in Mississauga

The long-awaited 15-acre M-City residential development in Mississauga, Ontario is underway—big time.
It kicked off in March 2017 and its first 62-storey condominium towers, M1 and M2, are virtually sold out with prices from $250,000 to $900,000.
A fall launch is anticipated for M3—a tower on a podium similar to the first two buildings, but with a completely different design.
M-City’s original plan called for 10 residential buildings. However, because the first two towers are higher than originally envisioned, the developers might opt for eight larger buildings, according to Urban Capital, which is developing M-City with Rogers Real Estate Development Limited.
M-City’s comprehensive master plan calls for more than 6,000 residential units as part of a sustainable live, work and play community.
