Tridel named Ontario’s No. 1 builder again

Tridel, Canada’s largest builder of condominiums, was named 2019 Ontario Home Builder of the Year by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) in September. Again.
The Awards of Distinction victory marked the fourth time Tridel has walked away with the OHBA’s top prize, which demonstrates excellence within business, industry and the community by an association member.
“When Tridel puts our name on a new community or initiative it comes with an understanding that we've done all we can to deliver above and beyond expectations," said Jim Ritchie, Tridel’s executive vice president, on accepting the award. 
Tridel's reputation for excellence in all aspects of its organization includes innovative designs and new building concepts, as well as support of employees’ philanthropic efforts and community initiatives, according to OHBA judges.
Tridel claims that it leads in sustainable condominium development in Canada, with more than 20 per cent of its product LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified.
